Holmwood Avenue potential development

Just to let you know, owners in Holmwood Avenue have been approached by a builder.  They want to knock down 33 and 35 Holmwood Avenue, and build a close of 6 houses.  They want to buy a large part of the back gardens of at least 37 and 39 Holmwood Avenue and have an access road where 33 and 35 are at present.
Shocking! This must be stopped!

Annie - thank you drawing this to the attention of the RRA. We will keep a watching brief on this, although as yet no planning applications have been deposited with Croydon Council.

Can I suggest you read the posting on this forum, near to the top of page 2 - heading "Letter from Knightford Homes" and also our "planning advice" on planning applications, accessible from the main homepage.
